I can't book flights from the app. Gives error message.
Sac passport doesn't work, nor does add a flight.
Discriminatory airline.
The ask Oscar/ messenger service was much easier and quicker than waiting to speak to a real person. They were on messenger instead
Cant check in using the app, wont allow you to upload vaccine qr code
I can't login, can't update, can't look at flights, have tried everything, might have to wait over an hour on the phone to get someone to help
Trying to upload my booking onto phone. Won't recognize my booking number or surname. Tried phoning. Was advised of a wait of 1.5 hrs. Not helpful at all

It feels like they have not upgraded for some time tried to book ,no luck
Can't use it and Air NZ are not interested in fixing it
